If we are unable to visit your yard for an in-person fitting, please use the guide below and submit pictures of your measurements via Whatsapp (073 389 5245) or email. It is important that your measurements are taken within two weeks of a trim. Please note that orders won't be despatched without clear pictures of your measurements as well as proof of payment.
If you wish to order specific coloured straps or hardware, let us know and we will change the straps for you before we send out your boots, free of charge.
Please read the instructions carefully before fitting your new boots and ensure that the hoof is cleaned thoroughly and placed on a towel when fitting the boots for the first time. This is a good time to send us further pictures or even videos so as to ensure that the fit is correct. If the boots are not the right size we will happily exchange them for the correct size, or refund you provided the boots are returned clean and unmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping is for the buyer's account.
